If you are a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana or HMO Louisiana member age 18 or older, you can register for AccessBlue and review your claims. In our effort to safeguard your personal health information as much as possible, all members age 18 and older have restricted access to ONLY their personal claims information. For members under 18, the primary cardholder (also known as subscriber) can view their claims information in accordance with federal and state regulations and Blue Cross company policy.

AccessBlueMember maintenance services such as address changes, etc., are available to primary cardholders only. Please note: members under an employer-sponsored plan can not access this service unless your employer has elected to participate. Primary cardholders can access member maintenance information for themselves and those covered under their plan.
